DNS is not saved in Windows 7. Please tell me how to solve it?
I specify in the settings "Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4)" DNS address 127.0.0.1
After rebooting the DNS system disappears

Try replacing 127.0.0.1 with the address of one of the local interfaces. The meaning is almost the same, but it can work. (if you have a local dns server/forwarder, make sure it is listening on the specified interface).
Or just write a startup script that will set 127.0.0.1 as the only DNS on every boot.

the point seems to be that it is impossible to put the loopback address first.
put the left address first, and the second 127.0.0.1
