DNS bind. Is a slave server required?

I have a home web server under CentOS 7, I want the sites that are running on it to open on the local network and that it would not be necessary to register access to these sites via hosts on each machine. I found several articles and a couple of video tutorials on installation and minimal configuration. The problem is that absolutely everywhere it is said that a slave server is needed, but as I understand it, this slave is done on a separate machine, so it’s not clear what I should do, if there is no other machine, then the server cannot be a slave and not be configured DNS?

One is enough for the house. Put a bind and write zones

Specify 2 identical IP addresses for different DNS names
: dns1.host.ru IP1
dns2.host.ru IP1
This is not Feng Shui and is not done this way, but the option is working.

It may be easier to raise a docker container, for example:
- https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/phensley/docker-..
If the docker is already configured, then raise everything else for about 3 minutes at most .
