DLE save button does not work in template editing. What is the problem?

On Siemask DLE I go to the admin panel, to edit the template. I select the necessary file - I see the code. I make any change (or I don't, it doesn't matter). I press the save button. Nothing happens. No page reload, nothing at all.

What's the problem? The rights seem to be correct.
