dle categories not working?

After transferring the site to another hosting, the categories stopped working. They are in the admin panel, but when they open, they write that the page was not found. I tried to disable the cnc and create a new category, it does not help.

htaccess file in place? Which web server is apache or nginx? When using Nginx, certain config changes are required
