Django not seeing modules?

When uploading a website to the pythonanywhere host, according to the guide: https://anhel.in/python/doc/django-deployment/
I got errors, django does not see the necessary modules, although they are definitely installed.

By commenting out the lines with the imports of these modules, everything works.

Guessing from the screenshot, we can say that the virtual environment is not activated.
