Distribution of Internet interfaces for programs?
Good afternoon, dear experts, I
’ll get straight to the point, the laptop is connected to the Internet via 2 interfaces:
1 via LAN (ADSL Modem in router a mode)
2 via WiFi (ADSL Modem in router a mode)
1st night anlim, and 2nd limit 2 GB. ..
I would very much like to distribute the Internet so that Utorrent, Bittorrent and all sorts of downloaders use the Internet from the 1st interface, and the rest (Browsers, Skype, etc.) from the 2nd interface.
Are there any solutions to this problem? so that the Internet is distributed precisely by programs, and not by destination address, port or proxy.
Sincerely.

In Windows, you need to write or look for a ready-made WFP driver with such functionality.
Perhaps there are Windows firewalls that can do this.
I can't say anything about the server windows.
In Linux, you can mark traffic with the owner module and distribute it however you like.
