How to configure tc with htb discipline for 2 GB traffic shaping?
We bought a 2 GB channel from TTK, now we need to shape it, there is a debian-based shaper, but when using it, the channel does not rise above 1 Gb/bit. Advise where you can read about shaping in Linux or see examples of implementations.

Shapers consume a lot of resources and most often they have to be scattered over several machines for gigabits of traffic
