How to limit speed for individual IP on OpenWRT?

Tell me how you can limit the speed for a specific IP on OpenWRT?
SQM installed - but there are no settings, and in general it's more for load balancing.
And I need to limit specifically to one IP. As on TR-link routers, where you can specify the speed for a range of IP addresses.
