Distribution of frequencies of routers in the local network?

Computers in the company are connected to the local network by means of a wireless connection. While there were 2 DIR 665 routers and there were two connection points, everything worked fine. Putting the third such same router and created a third connection point. I transferred a third of all office computers to it in order to unload the other two routers. However, it got worse. The network has become slower, with losses and disconnects, and at all points. What have I done wrong?

Try on all routers to reduce the power by 1-2 units.
Try temporarily on all 6 channels (I'm serious!).
Try to temporarily exclude b + g + n mode, but only 802.11g.
Good luck!

change channels on the first point 4, on the second 8, and on the third 13, you can change the name of the networks

It is better to use non-overlapping channels from among those allowed. Those. 1, 6 and 11. It is better to set the network address (ESSID) the same on all routers - this will allow clients to roam between points ...
