What are some quality resources for using Erlang on multiple nodes?
In all the manuals that I looked at, this topic was only touched upon in passing and left many questions. Most often, a completely toy example was offered with forwarding messages between nodes and that's it.
The resource you are looking for should ideally answer the following questions:
1. When should it be used?
2. What are the best usage practices?
By resources, I mean books, articles or projects on github, the source code of which will help you understand the topic.
