"Distribute" a microphone and speakers over the network?

The situation is this, there are 3 computers connected to the home network (2 working laptops, and a computer - a gaming station). Laptops constantly change their position in the room, so pulling the laces between devices is not an option. Is there an option to distribute music from working laptops to a gaming station over the network? Or use a headset from a gaming station for generalizations via Skype, from laptops that are nearby?
Thanks in advance for your reply!
PS: "Distribute" rather, how to share interfaces. That is: the ability to connect to a remote microphone, or speakers, and use them as "native".
