The problem appeared after changing win7 to win10 and replacing the power supply.
For example, gray looks like light blue. The display problem is relevant for browsers, and for the same skype, in which some elements are almost lost, for example, the video icon.
In this case, in rare cases, distortion does not occur.
Changing the brightness and contrast settings on the monitor did not help.
Can anyone come across what it is connected with?

The problem is solved in the control panel of the video card. In my case Nvidia.
Select the item "Use Nvidia settings" and adjust the brightness as you need.
