Why does the monitor turn off for 1-3 seconds when the uninterruptible power supply clicks?

Can this be solved somehow?

There are two reasons (mostly):
1. The UPS is faulty. There is such a type of malfunction as too slow switching. I do not remember where, but I saw the average figure for normal UPS - 2ms for switching. During this time, the connected devices should not feel the loss of power.
2. The monitor is not working. As they said above, his capacitors have already "dry up" (or rather, the input (s) filtering (s)). That is, they lost their capacitance significantly, and this switching is enough for a voltage drop to occur on them, and the monitor turns off.
*3. Rarely, but it happens - pickup from the relay when opening (turning off the current in the coil). I now have a homemade amplifier (2x100W), the 220V power input is switched by a rather large relay, and when it is turned off, the image from the TV disappears for a short time if it is played via HDMI cable from the computer at that time. Although all the UPSs that I repaired have diodes in parallel with the relay winding so that there are no voltage surges when turned off, it can happen that the diode is open, then anything can happen, and interference is the most harmless.
Perhaps his power supply has weak capacitors that are instantly discharged and it turns off.
