I wonder if there are foreign universities with a high-quality distance learning system? By quality, I mean useful training, and not nominal, which is solely for the sake of a diploma.

Interested in both full-fledged master's programs, and the opportunity to take separate courses / advanced training, etc.

Also interesting are the options for semi-distance education (for example, there is a form when you come to enroll, and then for the second time - to defend a diploma).
