Extreme conditions for the brain or how do you solve problems?

I need your help!
Foreword:
In practice, in extreme conditions (quick decision, severe frost, limited time, all this in a team), the brain starts to work frantically and quickly solves the tasks.
It so happened, now I have free all day 24/7, the task is set: to learn to program to the level of teamwork, I am inundated with the most necessary educational material and about 3 weeks have passed (+ 2 months of studying outside of programming). After sitting at home at the monitor, practicing and memorizing information, I noticed that the material began to be assimilated more slowly - now there is no that team work and adrenaline.
*Vitamins, regimen and physical activity (climbing) are strictly observed*
The main question:
How to put the brain on maximum activity / extreme conditions while working at a computer?
I:
How to get into the team of IT developers without mastering the basic knowledge? (I am learning C++, PHP, Ruby, Dart, Groovy)
How to increase the speed of mastering the material? (now I use mnemonics)
PS I wanted to jump again from a high-rise on a climbing rope, but our project was closed.
PPS I am writing from Murmansk, I am 17 years old.

@sim3x

Extremeness is enough - you already live in Murmansk
In order to learn how to work in a team, you need to work in a team
Look for a project in which you can be useful
