Due to the fact that the client changed the working conditions 20 times, without explaining the final task, he requested a refund, so I had questions:
1) What will happen if I open a dispute?
2) How does it happen?
3) How does it affect the rating?

consider your and the client’s arguments and issue a verdict
if the dispute is in your direction, then in no way, if it is negative in the direction of the client.

There was once a dispute when I worked for Elance. The arbitration reviewed the screenshots of the work and issued a verdict in my direction. So if there are screenshots and correspondence, then everything is fine.
