Displaying video embedded in LiveJournal in Google Reader?

LiveJournal gives RSS in its entirety, which is quite convenient. But there is one very big (as it seems to me) problem.
The RSS feed does not display the video inserted in LiveJournal.
And this is very inconvenient.
Does anyone know a good and efficient way to get around this problem? Maybe there is some extension for Chrome, for example?
