Displaying 8800 as a caller on a called party via Skype?

The organization has a number 8800 from Beeline for ascending calls.
Skype is used for outgoing, when calling to a mobile phone, by default it displays the number of the gateway that lands it (or something like that)
In the profile on the site, you can bind the mobile number as CallerID, but this requires confirmation via SMS, this cannot be done on 8800 for obvious reasons .
Is there a way to have the called subscriber display the number 8800 when calling his mobile via Skype?

If an outgoing call via SIP is suitable, then you can automatically confirm the number by voice at zadarma.com and use it as CallerID when making calls.
