Display layout on mobile devices?

I decided to make a "some kind of portfolio" on github with my layout. As a result, I found many problems displaying my projects on mobile devices.
While on a laptop monitor everything looks like this

On mobile devices, shame and disgrace

Please tell me my mistakes. How to make fixed page look the same on desktop and mobile?
PS I will also be grateful for any constructive criticism and comments on the code, layout, file organization and other issues.

From what there is not even a banal slider (namely, the very switching of slides). Not a drop of js at all. won't go)
