Discharging an iPad while charging it?

I flashed on 11 iOS and I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not ... but the iPad started to discharge while charging (quite quickly). On charging there is an Oriko charger 2.4 on five ports. The thing is cool and never happened before. Who met with this ... or is it a glitch of the 11th axis? Twisting the wire usually solves the problem.

I also flashed on iOS 11 and the iPad is now charged only from the MacBook. More so: when I connect the charging from the outlet - the iPad, it seems, cannot determine that it is a charger, it tries to determine the accessory and, perhaps, because of this, it quickly discharges and is generally buggy. I've been charging from a MacBook for the last few weeks.
