Disable comment pre-moderation in Disqus?

In the settings, I turned off "Pre-moderation of comments", but on the site it still says "This comment is pending review. Show comment".
I used a manual connection of Disqus (the plugin was not installed for some reason, they wrote that there was a conflict with something).
