1) Disable the cache in the CMS itself
2) Reload the page Ctrl + F5 (full page refresh, for some reason it works differently than clearing the entire cache in the browser)
3) The server may be slowing down (I encountered this problem when changing the code on the server (I was too lazy throw it on the local one and upload it back again)
