So far I have only watched Disqus and its domestic counterparts Cackle and HyperComments. These comments need two options:
Authorization through VK, FB, and Yandex)
You can attach audio, video and a picture to the comment.
After looking at the three options above:
In Disqus, there are no domestic social networks, of course.
There is no attachment of audio and video in the Doll.
And HyCo doesn't have audio.
Is there a vertex where you can attach audio?) It seems that the task is simple, but these fairly popular services did not provide for this.
UPD: Or just attach a file, and allowed formats (for example, add .mp3) can be controlled through the comments panel, for example.

The best way is to embed Facebook comments. But on some sites for some reason it is not possible to log in, and what is the problem here - is it a technical problem, or is it specially done, I don’t know.
Other services, such as Disqus, just don't have the kind of vibrant community that Facebook has managed to create, so this is undoubtedly an option, but Facebook comments are like in the "Name dandruff shampoo number 2" ad.
