Disable automatic search for WiFi networks in Windows 7, is it possible?

Actually, the essence of the question is stated in the title - I wonder if it is possible to disable the automatic search for WiFi access points in the seven (or, for example, add some of them to a certain “black list” so that they are not shown in the list)?

@stryaponoff

netsh wlan add filter permission=block ssid=UNWANTEDNETWORK networktype=infrastructure
And you can also hide the blocked ones:
netsh wlan set blockednetworks display=hide
