Direct slash in server name o_O?

Guys, I've been scratching my head for 15 minutes... I feel that the task is as simple as 2 bytes on asphalt...
The admin sent a record like "server01/sv. Use your account to log in"
Here I sit and think where to go. Server01 does not let me on the server. I feel like an idiot -_-

when specifying an account, a backslash is used:
domain\user
domain.local\user
[email protected]

Most likely this name is resolved on the internal dns. And yes, why are you asking this on the Internet, and not from the person who sent you this?
