Different markup in fox and IE. What is the mystique in wordpress?

In the WordPress plugin for test purposes I placed the code:
echo 'cookie videocliper- ' . $_COOKIE['_saw_videocliper'];
at the same time, there is data in one browser, and emptiness in the other. how can this be possible? any ideas?

Cookies for each browser are separate, in fact, apparently in FF they activated, for example, a video that added entries to cookies, but not in ie
