Did the price of IT-technologies grow because of the crisis?

Unexpectedly, I became very interested and I decided to ask you this - it's
no secret that in Russia, and throughout the world, there is a crisis. Oil has fallen in price by five times,
all over the world, believing the media, the crisis, they are suffering from cheap gasoline and gluttony of
cheap delicacies. But in Russia, despite cheap oil, oil products are becoming more expensive.
The prices of products and all types of services are also rising. They are probably getting more expensive because people have
not gotten used to and do not want to lose their previous income. And okay.
But I'm wondering - did the programmers increase the prices for
the services rendered to these bourgeois in the domestic market?

services to these bourgeois

It seems to me that the roots of the crisis are in this phrase.
Actually, I would not say that everything is getting more expensive, in terms of another currency, prices are falling for some types of goods. As for the industry, sanctions and other nonsense have given a bigger blow. The rates of most freelancers and outsourcing companies are attached to the dollar / euro / yuan / etc. so ... draw your own conclusions. Problems have been added (for example, some banks in Europe refuse to conduct transactions through Russia), large Russian companies have also suffered, but not everything is so bad.
ps The price of oil is not such a significant share of the cost of the same gasoline. And why would prices fall?

in Russia, and throughout the world - a crisis
Capitalism itself - a crisis. If you do not sell better than your neighbor, then you will have a crisis. If a Chinese monopolist comes to your market, then you will have a crisis. If you do not increase sales by +130% this year, then you will have a crisis. Are you buying more? OK. Smaller? There will be a crisis.
news.yandex.ru/quotes/1006.html here it is clearly seen that in 2, not in 5.
they suffer from cheap gasoline and gluttony of

. How was the propaganda in the 60s-70s? Now nobody suffers from it. In Germany, the income is 40% for those who have more than 50k euros per year.
Is that what the instinct of self-preservation told you or who? You are not an oilman. There are 140 million of us, a lot of land. Lots of things to service.
. No one loses income. Losing resellers. And the fact that the generation of the 80-90s did not come to the plant is you ask yourself. Loose too.

A crisis is when the real enemy is already at the helm of the country.
But it's not all over the world yet. In Russia, yes, the crisis.

prices in the currency remained in place or fell slightly, but what happens in the domestic market of the country with the local currency, this leads to an increase in the price of the service, and if you translate it back into the currency, then everything remains in place, so inflation in the local market leads to such questions.

There is a lack of competent programmers in the country, the majority have not progressed further than Hello World!, therefore complex tasks are getting more expensive, while simple ones remain at the same level

Yes, but it makes sense to raise, well, you earned 5 thousand bucks on the bourgeoisie, it was 150k rubles before the crisis, well, the crisis began to earn the same amount, only now it is 300k rubles.
