Did an error occur while opening the file?

I have a laptop, without a discrete video card, but there is an integrated vega 3, yesterday I installed Linux on the advice of kali, a good system, everything goes smoothly, and I realized that I was sitting without firewood, downloaded it, did not find it under kali, but found it under ubuntu, trying to install , an unsupported os error, looked on the internet, and realized that I needed to edit the file, and write my system instead of Ubuntu in one line, I did everything right, I think I’ll start it now, the firewood will be installed, and everything will be fine, but it wasn’t there, as always there will be something that will interfere, now this error is "Unexpected error: An error occurred while opening the file "/home/xahar/Downloads/amdgpu-pro-18.50-756241-ubuntu-18.04/amdgpu-pro-install": Too many levels symbolic links, the first time when changing everything was fine, I just specified kali, but it did not help,after that I copied the name of the Kali GNU/Linux Rolling system from the settings and got an error

@KPEBA

try to install a new kernel. And on Kali - just wait until someone compiles and lays out
