What are the programs for keeping diaries with categorization for PC?
Requirements:

• categorization of records;
  
• the ability to specify the date of recording;
  
• records are added without titles;
  
• entries are located entirely in the tape in chronological order (as in Telegram);
  
• the presence of a search;
  
• export and import of records;
  
• clickable links;
  
• moving records from one category to another;
  
• Russian-language interface;
  
• free.
  

There is a Dnevnodel program: but it has an ancient interface and non-clickable links. Evernote and OneNote are not satisfied. The most successful of the available solutions: CintaNotes, but this program is paid, and Telegram is not local and you cannot change the date of entries in it.
