What are free-form note-taking programs at different zoom levels (zoom, canvas)?

Good time of the day.
A certain number of years ago I read an article (like on Habré) about a non-standard way of taking notes:
there is a space (canvas) where you can create notes at different levels / layers. And zoom-in/zoom-out causes the corresponding layer to appear.
That is, some mind map, top view, the zoom shows the details of each node (child nodes).
The design is minimalist.
The article provided the program \ screenshots. But couldn't find it.
If someone knows or uses, help find.
