Is there any software for storing notes with encryption and a password?
I use Notepad++ all the time to take notes.
But now we need software for notes with a password when accessing the note and with encryption (if possible).
For example, there is KeePass for passwords, but I didn’t find such software for notes.
Tell me, can anyone know such software?
Important!
The software needs open source.
Windows/Google - products are not suitable.

There are many nuances in your question:
1. What is the meaning of open-source?
2. Is the PC on which you will encrypt connected to the network/internet?
3. Operating system - trusted and open source?
1. To "hide" information, you need to prevent any "leakage" of data before the end of the encryption process.
2. In order not to be decrypted through the selection of the "key", get rid of the signature (for example, before encryption, turn the text into a set of randomly arranged characters and add "garbage").
Any task in IS begins with building a model of an intruder :) That is, with answers to the questions:
- Where and how is the protected object stored now
- Who is supposed to be the person (s) who wants to get access to it
While there are no answers to these questions, it is pointless to offer something, because any information security solution for protecting information is always social and technical, it always has a hundred thousand million options, there are no and cannot be purely technical solutions.
I use Safe +, with synchronization in any cloud. Under Windows there is a simple client. There are many different cards, with templates, but I use only a note (only for cards - I create from templates).
On android FolderSync for synchronization.
Previously, the safe had its own sync for dropbox, but there is api version 1.0, dropbox closed the old api, and the author scored on the softina.
