Diagonal stripes on a white monitor background

DELL U2312HMt rev A00 December 2012, e-IPS panel.

On a light background (for example, the Habr page), if you look closely, you can see strips of ~ 1 mm between the strips and their thickness is also ~ 1 mm. Stripes diagonally from bottom left to top right. Almost invisible, but noticeable. It is difficult to describe in words, something like the background here sovetneg.ru/kontakty/ but smaller by 2 times and almost indistinguishable, or like here www.photoshop-master.ru/forum/index.php/topic/43240-uzor-linii/ but smaller and colorless.

I bought the monitor yesterday. It does not depend on brightness / contrast, etc.

It is noticeable in the right third of the monitor area. When the head is tilted to the right, it disappears.

What is it? Who faced it? What is their nature?

Anything can happen here, but most likely there is a bad contact of the cable from the motherboard to the matrix or a problem with the matrix itself.
If you bought it yesterday, feel free to take it to the store and use the tfttest utility to show the problem to the seller.
ps Before you take it, check:
1. Is there a protective film on the screen (this happens, really)
2. Are the wires well connected and are they not lying next to the power cables. (Induction is such a thing ...)
3. Well, it would be nice to test the monitor with another video signal source.

This thing is called cross hatching, which is a feature of the matrix coating.

Check on another signal source first. If the ripple is visible then go to the store. Will be sent to the service - write a claim that the product was sold with a defect and want to terminate the sale. Either they will change immediately, or after the diagnosis they will return the money.
On other devices, matrices with a similar defect were replaced under warranty. Good luck.

Small diagonal stripes (just at 45 degrees) have a polarizing film pasted on the monitor. Perhaps the monitor was flooded with something? A friend spilled beer on the laptop, so much so that it was numb everywhere. After that, these diagonal stripes became visible on the screen.
