Designed for Families – pros and cons?

Good afternoon! When publishing an android application, the question arose: is it worth participating in the Designed for Families program? What are underwater with admob advertising, and how much traffic will I lose if I don’t join it. What are the pros and cons of this program?
PS The application is for children.
