Design studio and WEB development - how to organize it correctly?

Hello. Boiled...
I've been working as a WEB developer in the city of Dnipro for a very long time. Now I am very soldered by the development of design for web sites. I have always worked freelance. and like any person who develops a design for a site is already very tired of the same type of work ...
I decided to start creating my own design development studio and WEB development in the first place.
There are many friends of IT people who are ready to take part.
I would like to hear advice on how to organize a studio in which there will be both web development and design development? Maybe you should not rush like that and start only with the development of sites ??? Thanks

First, it smacks of advertising.
Secondly, do you understand what you are doing the studio for?
I'll give you my example and observations.
I have been working with a man for several years now, I am as a developer, he is as an organizer, and therefore clients are on him. Since the clientele is quite serious, the studio was required only to show its "seriousness", because each client says: of course you were recommended, we are interested, but you can see the work. As you understand, throwing a list of sites is not serious. For this reason, a website has been organized, please note (legally and physically there is no studio), which performs two functions: it provides a portfolio and provides brief information about us. It is no longer used for anything.
That is, you are trying to go backwards. In my case: we have clients who need to show the work, we need, in the end, to show some level.
Your situation: I have no clients, I am making a site that will not be used at all, because there is no clientele. This is the main point you need to pay attention to.
What you are trying to organize is organized simply. You need to look for clients and organize work between two or three people remotely. A lot of "studios" do just that.

As for a design studio, the design of your site is 2005, that is, a collective farm, I think you can start with this.
By the way, fontawesome doesn't load there.

Do you want to design or do business? If the latter, then you have to come to terms with the idea that you need to tie up with design and go into operational management. If it's the first, raise the check.
