How to test a multi-user application on a local network?

Hello. More recently, I began to be interested in the implementation of backing on Node.js.

In general, I'm trying to test the functionality of tic-tak-toe (tic-tac-toe). But after the player's move, the buttons are blocked and the right to move is transferred to the opponent by sending an event to the server (Socket.Io). The button lock must not be removed until the opponent is like.
It seems that this can be done using webpack, but I'm very unsure about it.

PS Googling did not help to find something intelligible, well, or I still have not learned how to search correctly.
