There is such a question - who uses what tools to deploy new versions of the application on windows?

On * nix - there are capistrano, chef and others like them, but for windows it was not possible to find ready-made solutions. At the moment, a self-written deployment script is used, however, this solution will only work as long as there is only one server.

And what about the operations you need to perform to deploy?
I had a similar task - to configure the Win-machine in a certain way (configure system parameters, install several applications in silent mode, create a user, set network parameters, install cygwin and configure access to the win-machine via ssh).
All these tasks were solved by a bat script, all possible settings were placed in variables. Separate actions with which it was reluctant to mess around in the batch file were simply written in do_after_bat.txt and made by pens.
