Demand for UI/UX designer?

Are UI/UX designers in high demand now and will the demand for them grow? I just did a search for ui/ux vacancies on headhunter and somehow there are very few of them compared to vacancies for frontenders, for example.

Well, I recently looked in Moscow (900+ open vacancies for designers, 90% without knowledge of layout), in St. Petersburg 500+ open ones. As for Junior, you are right, the courses produce thousands of new designers every year who have "GET 150K per month" in front of their eyes, but most of them want to Freelance. The problem here is different, if you are this same Jumior or want to become one.
