The server type of the DELL POWEREDGE SC130 system was lying around, so I turned it on and oh horror, the speed of the coolers is such that emae, there is no function in the BIOS to change the fan speed, the speedfan does not change anything at all, tell me please how can I reduce the speed of the fans?
and when the PC is in bios mode, it works quietly, as soon as Windows starts loading, it starts to pick up speed madly

;-) Handles and a soldering iron. We take coolers, cut the plus, add a 0.25 / 0.5 W 20-25 Ohm resistor (51 is possible, but it will overheat in summer). We put it in a heat shrink tube, solder it, return it to its place.
