Where should spf be set?

Hello. I want to set up spf for the site, otherwise all outgoing letters end up in the spam folder of gmail, yandex, mail.ru.
It is not clear where to enter the settings for spf provided by mail providers, in the domain settings, or in the server settings in the domains section? To make it clearer, my domain is registered on reg.ru, and the site is located on linode.com, so, do you need to configure spf for reg.ru, or in the domain settings in linode?

on NS servers that are specified for the domain. If NS from reg.ru is used, then it has it, if the hoster, then the hoster, respectively.
