Dell PowerEdge R720xd + PERC H710P: how to expand existing RAID6?

Dell PowerEdge R720xd + PERC H710P, RAID6 of 9 identical disks is assembled on it. Installed in the server one more such disk. How to add it to the raid? The server is running Proxmox 5.2 (Debian 9) - there is no OMSA for it. Only the controller BIOS is available. The disk is visible, but the Expand VD size option is not available.

and the same disk is the same only in size and speed or identical to those already installed (size, speed, firmware , manufacturer , etc )?
and you also have a controller in the background initialisation status. did you create an array recently? maybe it's worth waiting until BGI is over...
