there is a controller DELL PERC H310 and ESXi 6.0.0 3029758
Need to monitor the status of disks - where can I get the correct .vib ??

this is OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA). it is installed on the server and can either through its webgui or through OpenManage Essentials (OME) issue all the information on the server, including disks and RAID controllers.
I would try a non test ESX server first.
