Dell MD3000, how to reset IP address, or factory reset?

I inherited a disk array, and for several days it’s not clear how to connect to it, I’ve already logged into the console through a special com cable, it seems that they even reset the password from it, but I can’t reset the IP, did someone deal with it? help good people.
