Delivery modules for different CMS?

Hello.
We create a courier delivery service.
The task is to interact with online stores.
Tell me, is it better to create modules for each CMS or are there other simpler universal solutions (such as iframe is trite). There is already a public API, but giving site owners just an API - they won't know what to do with it.
Learning all CMS is not a very bright idea. Maybe there is information on creating delivery modules for most CMS in one place?

Usually, a separate module is made for each CMS. Moreover, the choice and calculation of the delivery method is a thing deeply integrated into the ordering process.
