Delay after selecting files in input type file form, in iPhone, iPad browsers?

After selecting files in the "multiple" input "file" there is a delay of 5-10 seconds, depending on the number of selected files, respectively, when submit is pressed, the array of files is not transferred until the previews and the number of selected files appear:

There is an assumption that the delay is due to for generating previews and xs how to get rid of them, but maybe I'm wrong and this problem can be solved, I ask for help, it's vital :)

Put another browser on your stub and check. This is not a server problem, and php is not involved in any way here.
