Why are images not showing on iphone?

I go from android - everything is as it should be.
I went with Iphone (7plus) - no images of .png, .jpg formats are visible.
It doesn't matter whether I inserted it inline or through the background.
Another small thing that caught my eye - scrolling.
Those. there is no smooth scrolling. Just let go of the finger - it stopped.
Came with Safari, Chrome - the result is unchanged.
What's wrong?
