NFC tags are not recorded from iPhone 7, what should I do?

Writing NFC tags on iPhone 7 gives an error (see video at the link: https://yadi.sk/i/TDuFtrhmXF97xg ). Sometimes everything works as it should, it is recorded the first time, and sometimes after 184718199 attempts nothing works. And the labels are read correctly. NFC on the iPhone is fully operational, Apple Pay plows. I already thought that the matter was in the tags themselves, but no, everything is written perfectly on the Honor 10i and the first time. There is a certain pattern in which the smaller the text I want to write to the tag, the less chance that the iPhone will give an error. I've looked all over the internet for something like this, but I haven't found anything. Perhaps some of you have encountered such a problem, and know what to do?
