Deciding between a MacBook Pro 13 Retina late 2013 and a minimal MacBook Pro 15 Retina late 2013?

Who already uses, help with the choice.
Option one - MacBook Pro 13 Retina late 2013
2.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor
8GB 1600MHz memory
512GB PCIe flash drive
Option two - MacBook Pro 15 Retina late 2013
4-core Intel Core i7 processor with 2.0 GHz clock speed
8 GB 1600 MHz
memory 256 GB PCIe flash drive
Main load - Xcode.
The machine will be the first, now I’m studying Xcode in a virtual machine and it’s enough for now, but for now ..
Confuses the volume of SSD in 15 "Pro - is it enough?
How noticeable is the difference in CPU when building projects?
Is 13" enough for frequent work at a typewriter?
How are the noise options? I often work in a quiet room and the howl of the current laptop is annoying.

In general, I took a MacBook Pro 13 Retina late 2013 .. An excellent machine - complete silence after Samsung, it heats up mainly while Skype, Flash, and a virtual machine ... With Xcode, it doesn’t get very hot yet, well, there are not large projects.

Well, if you don't like it, look towards Sony =). And the question is somewhat stupid to be honest. They have only one difference. Diagonal. If it is comfortable to work with a trinity ... then the rest should not cause problems. If the screw is not enough, portable storage clings or you work with network storage. So everything depends on the monitor. You better stay poke in the store.

Few. Take 16. But this is at Apple prices + $ 200.
Confuses the volume of SSD in 15 "Pro - is it enough?
Enough is enough. For files, you will definitely need to have an external drive.
Will 13" be enough for frequent machine work?
Of course, with an external monitor. It won't work without him.
And he's still warm.
