Debugging on unpopular browsers?

I am laying out the pages of the site, and during testing on android, namely in ucbrowser, I noticed that the layout is moving out, and I just can’t understand why. At the same time, everything is fine in chrome, opera and ff on the same phone. How can anyone have a similar experience?

Download a special version of UC Browser for developers on your phone, connect your phone to a PC and debug the site through Chrome:

Personally, I did this, when I typed it twice for China.
