Debian 9: in X, the mouse with the keyboard completely "falls off". How to overcome?

Hello gentlemen. Installed brand new KDE 5 on Debian 9 today:

aptitude install kde-l10n-ru kde-runtime kwin-x11 plasma-desktop sddm xorg xserver-xorg-video-intel

After the reboot, in X (on the welcome screen with user selection and password entry), the mouse and keyboard completely stop responding, as if they were not there at all. Can't even switch to another text console with CTRL-ALT-<number>. In the text console before installing KDE, in UEFI Setup and in Windows 7, the mouse and keyboard run properly. What can be wrong?

He asked and answered himself. It turned out that it was necessary to install the xserver-xorg-input-evdev package. After installation everything worked.
