Debian 8 LAMP can't install. I do not understand what is the problem?

More precisely, I understand that not found. But why? I haven't touched /etc/apt/sources.list since installation. Now I tried to add mirrors (Serbian mirror) but apparently not correctly. I don't quite understand what main contrib universe means at the end.
